Rate of Service
Individual Session: $100 for 60 minutes

Insurance
I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna and Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente and Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, & United Healthcare and United Healthcare EAP.
Please check with your insurance provider to determine the cost of your individual fee, deductible, and copay as prices vary for each insurance.
I strive to make my counseling practice affordable and offer a sliding scale for patients who are dealing with a financial barrier. I have limited availability for a sliding scale which can be further discussed during the initial consultation.
Confidentiality
Counseling sessions are conducted using a HIPAA compliant platform. All patients are assured of confidentiality. Information relating to your treatment will not be disclosed unless if required by state or federal law or if I have obtained a written consent from you for a release of information which you can revoke at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of the full session rate.
